Introduction to the I Am Meditations and Reflection Exercises

Instructions for the I Am Meditations

  1. Prepare Your Space: Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed.

  2. Get Comfortable: Sit or lie down in a relaxed position that allows you to fully engage with the experience.

  3. Play the Audio: Begin the meditation audio for the specific I Am focus.

  4. Close Your Eyes: Allow your eyes to gently close and take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

  5. Follow the Instructions: Listen to the guided meditation, and when prompted, speak the affirmations out loud. Use your voice as a powerful tool to activate the energy of the meditation.

After the Meditation: Complete the Reflection Exercise

  1. Open your journal and turn to the corresponding reflection exercise for the meditation.
