I Am Worthy: A Reflection on Self-Worth

  1. Take a moment to reflect on the areas in your life where you feel most confident and accomplished. Write about these moments and how they affirm your worthiness.

  2. Write about a time when you doubted your worth. How did you overcome this doubt, or how might you approach it differently now?

  3. List 5 qualities, skills, or values you possess that make you feel worthy of love, success, and happiness.

    • Action: Create an affirmation based on these qualities. For example: “I am worthy of love and success because I bring kindness, strength, and courage to the world.” Read this affirmation out loud, allowing its truth to resonate within you.

    • Reminder: Revisit this affirmation whenever you need to reconnect with your sense of self-worth.
