I Am Whole: Recognizing Completeness Within

  1. Write about the parts of yourself—mind, body, and spirit—that make you feel whole. How do these aspects work together to create a sense of completeness?

  2. Reflect on a time when you felt disconnected or fragmented. What brought you back to a place of wholeness?

  3. Create a mantra for wholeness: “I am whole, just as I am. Every piece of me contributes to the beautiful, complete being that I am.”

    • Action: Repeat this mantra out loud three times. Feel the truth of these words reverberate through you, reminding you of your inherent wholeness.

    • Reminder: Return to this mantra whenever you feel fragmented or incomplete, allowing it to restore your sense of unity and completeness.
